The menu is divided into main courses, side orders, salads, sandwiches, kids meals, desserts and beverages. The entire menu is part of an integrated strategy which takes into account numerous factors such as the wide choice of seafood available, cooking method including grilling, frying, etc; nutritional values and calories, cultural preferences, demographic likes and dislikes, as well as practical considerations such as optimum utilization of storage, sourcing and processing capacities.
The raw materials that are selected for the preparation are of the best international standards. The seafood must be the freshest available anywhere, the spices are processed and mixed in-house to preserve their unique flavour, the soups, sauces and dressings are of the finest quality. In addition, Fish World has established very precise guidelines in the procurement of their ingredients, and franchisees are fully assisted with this.

The food served in all Fish World franchises tastes the same. To achieve this, very detailed and comprehensive instructions for each recipe are provided. So, whenever a customer walks into any of our franchise operations, he knows exactly what each dish tastes like. Consistency is, above all, the key to Fish World's success.
