In this twofold quest, we have managed to devise operating procedures that are both simple to emulate but highly effective when it comes to flavour and style.

The equipment used in our franchises is strictly specified in order to maintain standardisation of procedures. It is both user-friendly as well as easy to run and maintain. The kitchen layout and workflow planning is carried out to enhance productivity and response time, as well as to accommodate all the equipment in a limited space.
Innovative ideas are used to emphasise the uniqueness of our product. A few distinct apparatuses have been selected to cater to our menu. These include a corn steamer, a potato baking oven and an automated fryer, specially programmed to our specific application.
