since Fish World has slightly more complex food preparation and
more elaborate service than other outlets.

We hire some of the best professionals in the field of catering,
to cover all aspects of our business. Training sessions include
procurement, storage, processing, cooking, presentation, service,
hygiene, quality control, and customer handling amongst others.
To further enhance the quality of the personnel employed, periodic
refresher courses are carried out.
The essence of our training programmes is never to rest on our
laurels. Innovation is handsomely rewarded and we continuously strive
to be pro-active by improving our services, knowing our customer's

Supervision and Security
We understand that our franchisees are very busy people and may
not always contribute as much time to the business as they would
like to. In order to ensure proper supervision, closed circuit cameras
at the service counter and kitchen can be installed. Viewing can
be accessed from almost anywhere in the world, and therefore, our
franchisees are able to keep a close check on the operation at all
times.
