Training sessions include procurement, storage, processing, cooking, presentation, service, hygiene, quality control, and customer handling amongst others. To further enhance the quality of the personnel employed, periodic refresher courses are carried out.

Supervision and Security

We understand that our franchisees are very busy people and may not always contribute as much time to the business as they would like to. In order to ensure proper supervision, closed circuit cameras at the service counter and kitchen can be installed. Viewing can be accessed from almost anywhere in the world, and therefore, our franchisees are able to keep a close check on the operation at all times.
