Assistance with the identification of the most suitable site/sites and evaluation of site plans so as to comply with Fish World standards.

The provision of sketches and artistic impressions of the Fish World stores in addition to store opening action plans and algorithm.

The provision of Fish World kitchen design and its customisation to suit the space available at the Franchisee site.

Provision of Fish World lists and specification of kitchen equipment, accessories and small ware. Our support extends to cover equipment tuning and programming. Special equipment will be sourced exclusively through Fish World.

Advice and Guidance in site development including contracting and equipment installation until day number one of operation.

Customisation of POS software and network. Including reporting system on inventory, purchasing and receiving procedures.

Supply of Fish World Proprietary items covering all categories of special Fish World spices and secret ingredients.

Provision of established food suppliers lists and research on local purchases including product specification and quality standards.

Pre-planned marketing programs will be provided for launching the new Fish World Unit/s.

One week on site attendance of experienced Fish World task team "minimum of 2 persons" to assist the Franchisee in launching the business successfully.

On-going support, regular meetings, continuous research and development, introduction of new menu items, centralized marketing and promotional campaigns, periodical visits and motivational award programs.
