Alchemy of Love
They say that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. At Fish World, we believe this applies to the whole world. By providing excellent, healthy seafood dishes from all over the world, we encourage our customers to embrace and appreciate all cultures of the world. And another thing...

Natural Viagra? Is there natural Viagra in our seafood dishes? We like to think so - seafood has long been known for its aphrodisiac qualities. It contains a high quantity of iodine, phosphorous and zinc which plays a major role in sperm formation and it improves potency. It is also very rich in vitamin B and it enhances and activates the sexual glands of both men and women. That is why our regular customers often describe our food as natural Viagra. The latest U.S. researches show that testosterone levels plummet by 30% within four hours of eating high fat meat meals.

The Best Protein

The seafood protein in our dishes contains all nine essential amino acids. It is more easily digested than animal protein because it doesn't have connective tissues to be broken down.

Go Placidly...

Agressive meat-eater!
Latest researches show that today's meat eaters are more violent. Their digestive and nervous systems are tensed and stressed. Our six metres long intestine is actually not fit for processing and digesting other animals' flesh. High consumption of animal meat protein reduces the absorption of calcium which can cause rheumatism and arthritis.

Seafood cooked using our methods is an excellent source of minerals - calcium, phosphorous, zinc, copper, potassium, iron, iodine and selenium. We do not cook with charcoal because U.S. scientists have proved that charcoal grilled food contains a high quantity of carbon which could cause cancer.

Feed Your Brain!

Seafood is brainfoodSeafood is brainfood because it contains high levels of phosphorous which helps brain cells communicate faster with the nervous system through electronic waves and signals. Pregnant women are advised to eat more seafood to help develop the brain and eyes of the foetus.

Mad Fish Disease?

With modern intensive meat production methods, animals are injected with hormones to promote rapid growth. Animals are fed dried bones and blood. And the cruelty involved in slaughtering the animals develops harmful substances in their bodies. All of these things go against nature. By consuming this meat, humans expose themselves to many health risks. We've all heard about mad cow disease!

Live Longer...

Our seafood lovers are 29% less likely to die from heart attacks. Traditionally, Eskimos almost never developed heart disease - when their diet was mainly fish. Omega-3 fatty acids found in our seafood, change the critical balance of certain blood components called LDL and VDDL that deposits cholesterol along the artery walls and prevents strokes and heart attacks. Omega-3 acids also lower the levels of triglyceride, another type of fat involved in heart disease. Omega-3 acids also help to form a different pattern of prostaglandin, diminishing the clotting of blood cells and making the red blood cells more flexible. Asthma, arthritis, diabetic and kidney diseases may be controlled or alleviated by the consumption of Omega-3 fatty acids. Another benefit of Omega-3 fatty acids is that they can help combat mental problems and to fight depression.

And Finally...

"The beef industry has contributed to more American death than all the wars of this (20th) century, all natural disasters, and all automobile accidents combined. If beef is your idea of real food for real people, you'd better live real close to a real good hospital"
Neil D. Bernad, M.D.
President, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicines
